People tried to figure out how to take pictures in the dimly
lit hall.

                       (Luckily,
their cameras are better than ours :)
Mom and Aunt Kim did
a beatiful job of decorating. They put the unity candle on the head
table and ivy from a neighbor's yard on the tables and surrounding the
wedding cakes.
And here's the cake after we were through stabbing it:       We
eschewed the traditional ritual of stuffing cake in each other's mouth
(and many others, though I simply forgot to get around to the bouquet
toss); however, we did have a first dance.

The minister, Bob Van Wyk, and his wife Audrey, along with my godfather's
wife Linda, sat at one the tables:
We also took many candid shots of members of the wedding party:

To the left is one of Owen's cousins and groomsmen David, with his
girlfriend
Nellina,

and here's Owen with his other cousin and groomsman Evan at the head
table.

The other two groomsmen, Sarth and Joe, were deep in conversation.

We also took this lovely picture of Joe with his wife Angie,
and caught bridesmaid Melanie and her husband Jim sharing a laugh.
Before we ate and danced the night away,
there were many toasts; in addition to the traditional one
from the best man, Owen's father Jeremy, Owen's mother Joy, and not to be
left out, my mother Joanne all gave speeches. After these, Owen
prepared to stand up and give his rebuttal!
Of course, everyone caught up with family. Here's
Owen with some of his mother's family
(his mother Joy, aunt Mirth, and uncle Bradley),

and here's a picture of all the Roth men (Hugh, David, Owen, Evan, and
Jeremy) -- it's rare to see them all
dressed up and in the same room!
Here's a picture with my sister Chrstina, the maid of honor, and
Owen's mother Joy.
We also captured many shots of Joy:
with family friend Carole,
with her sister Mirth,
and looking adorable with her escort Stefan.
Finally, here's a shot of mom meeting some of our friends from New York
(she's undoubtably telling Justin and Patrick what she thinks of our
current president :)
